Built an end-to-end event-driven architecture. Intake via MS Forms logged instantly to Lists. Conditional routing triggers manager approvals via email. Dual-branch outcome logic — approved or rejected — with automated notifications and calendar events.

The problem: Unstructured email communication required manual reading, status tracking, and copy-pasting details into a tracking sheet resulting in high admin overhead and human error.
The solution
Designed an intelligent scheduled email processing pipeline using Make.com and AI. Monitors labeled emails, uses AI text classification to categorize intent and status. Searches Google Sheets for matching records and updates them automatically.
